In the real estate transactions, even in the best case scenarios, there's always some type of frustration which I expected as a given condition but with Kellee, I didn't have to go through these minor tensions or frustration. First, it's her over the top expertise and business acumen that earned my trust. She is extremely effective worker and her speed astounded me. Second, her accurate understanding of the market and accurate communication with both parties were impressive indeed. She doesn't overdo it, meaning she doesn't cater too much to anyone but always remaing kind and available when she is needed. Usually top notch agents are too uncaring and businesslike and kind agents are too slow, not relevant and frustrating.... but Kellee is a surprisingly warm and caring person who remembered a tiny fleeting comment that I made... Very sensitive to my needs but without slowing down her pace... She has great sunny energy to work with but without catering too much to anyone in particular... she has this core of excellence which I could recognize and value immediately. Her personal likability and positive attitude alone wouldn't have impressed me to this extent if she hadn't provided me the most streamlined and excellent service throughout the process. I was able to rest assured because I had the utter trust in her ability and personal integrity. She's not only a wonderful professional to work with but the one whose passion, efficiency, speed and hard work inspired me, the one who will remain close and dear to my heart even after the transaction....a professional who I will think of at times and even miss just like I would miss a friend.
