The negotiations to purchase this house were difficult and complicated. Kelby was on top of everything and helped solve many issues before they became problems. We were out of state for most of the process and he was our eyes, ears, and even hands on the ground for everything we needed. He’s the only realtor for us in the Port Aransas area.

Kelby was really great at showing us properties that fit what we were looking for within our budget. He helped us navigate every part of the purchase process and answered all of our questions.
