As a result of the Pandemic, I’ve experienced several delays due to materials back ordered which was very stressful at times. However, having an awesome Realtor who is very professional and knowledgeable in the marketing business has definitely helped me during this process. He was constantly engaged by always communicating with the builders ensuring the transition was smooth prior to my closing date and now. Additionally, he is a very meticulous inspector and followup on discrepancies noted during my final walk through ensuring they are corrected/completed. He is the BEST!!!!highly recommended. So grateful to have Keithroy as my Realtor. He makes this process looks easy.
