People matter most to me! This is made evident by my actions as a young 19 year old man, when I enlisted for active duty service in the United States Marine Corps, just 3 months after the Global War Against Terrorism began.
While serving on active duty, I developed an interest in business and decided that real estate was the direction I wanted to head. I believed that being able to assist people with the giant and stressful task of buying and selling their home, would be similarly satisfying as was serving the great people of this nation while in the armed forces! As I finished my active service I began taking some business classes, got my real estate license and started helping other service members buy and sell homes.
Upon leaving the military, I seamlessly transitioned to working as a full time Real Estate Agent, and also became a licensed Loan Officer. I have had the opportunity to help countless amounts of families sell and buy homes all over Southern California, and many more wonderful people get into great home loans for purchases and refinances.
My philosophy is that "It is about The People, and For The People!" It's not about me or what I may be able to be compensated, or how quickly and easily I may be able to be compensated. People matter most to me!
I want to explore your needs and goals thoroughly, gain a shared and comprehensive understanding of what your circumstances are. Then take them on as my own, and attack the objective as if it was for myself and my family!
Intangible attributes are important to me and I believe this is one area which allows my clients to benefit most when choosing to use my services. I take the traits I developed in the Marine Corps and apply them to my real estate and lending business practices. Your goal becomes my mission! And there is nothing more effective than a Marine with a Mission!!!
