Keith was highly recommended to me by my daughter and son-in-law as he had previously represented them in selling their Philly house and buying in the suburbs. As I had been living in my Philly home for 37 years the decision to sell was not an easy one. Meeting Keith made that decision the right one. In simple words, Keith is AMAZING! The first thing we liked about Keith was his pro-activeness. We were by all means the typical Paranoid first time home buyers and had a lot of doubts/ questions at random hours of the day. Keith went above and beyond to answer us promptly even at the craziest hours of the day/nights. Making our very first offer on the home we’ve always dreamed of owning was very nerve wracking. Keith’s communication throughout the entire process was very reassuring! He was sure to email us every 10 min with updates and explanations. Keith called us with the great news on our acceptance! That’s when the questions and concerns came rolling in! Keith was so patient with us, and very informative. No questions of ours were unanswered or to silly for him, he went above and beyond to make sure we had a better understanding. Closing for our family, with 2 kids seemed like it was going to be a process that would be impossible to complete due to time sensitive obligations. Keith basically did half of the work for us! Closing day arrived with the blink of an eye, thank goodness for Keith he made our lives so much easier by sitting with both of our kids and colored with them! letting us finish up signing our documents in peace! Making the process as easy as he did made our purchase of our forever home so smooth! All in all very transparent, knowledgeable, patient, a joy, and easy to work with. The home buying purchase was a breeze with Keith on our side! We couldn’t thank him enough! We highly recommend working with Keith!
