Keith took time to explain the pros and cons of different ways to sell the house. Although I chose to sell the house "As Is", he helped me see the value of doing certain things that would make the house more appealing. He made sure I clearly understood each step of the process. Depending on your experience in such matters, there is a slight fear of being taken advantage of, but Keith was right there for me every step of the way, and everything went just as he explained it.
