Very responsive agent

Whenever I had a question, Keith always responded quickly, which helped make a very stressful situation much easier. He was amenable when I had unexpected scheduling delays and was not pushy, but he also frequently checked in so I did not feel he had disappeared. I am very happy with Keith as an agent and quite satisfied with the sale process as a whole.
