This experience was, for the most part, completely remote. My wife and I were in NC and we were lookoing to purchase a home in NM. Keith was referred to us by a friend. When we identified the homes we wanted to look at, Keith went to the home and did a live video walk-through with us. This was an excellent experience. When we finally chose the home we thought was right for us, Keith was on top of all timelines and ensured we were as well.
