I first contacted Keith Petersen by phone when I was beginning a relocation search from Minnesota and considering several regions in OR. Keith was always willing to spend time with me to bring me up to speed on what was available in Bend. He listened carefully to my criteria and asked good questions that helped me narrow and refine the types of listings that would answer my needs. When I met him in person, he was completely focused on finding places that would suit me and as we looked at numerous offerings was always using the reactions I had to what he was showing me to present new options that better suited my sometimes shifting priorities. It was a pleasure working with him, I never felt pressured in any way and am very pleased with the home I bought and with the level of commitment and focus Keith displayed in making sure that I had all the information and help I needed to make a good decision.
