Keith made the whole process pleasant. He worked hard to get our home sold in a timely manner. He was great at answering our questions and keeping us updated. I would work with him again and recommend him to friends and family.
We looked at homes for 10 months before we found one we liked. Keith stuck with us for 30+ showings and really made sure we got everything we were looking for. Once we found our home he did a great job making sure everything was in order for the closing. We even manged to stay on time with some last minute inspections after the hurricane. Keith came to the closing to make sure we understood everything that was going on. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with the entire time.
Keith helped us set the correct price and did all the negotiations to help us close. There was a hurricane on our closing day, Keith was on it getting everything rescheduled and reinspected.
