Keith made everything so much less intimidating by taking the time to explain each step, answer every question I had, and keep me updated throughout the entire journey. I always felt like I knew what was going on, which gave me a lot of confidence during what could have been a very stressful process. Keith showed me multiple properties until we found the one that felt right. He was incredibly accommodating with scheduling, showing me homes during the week and even on weekends, including Sundays. On the rare occasion he wasn't available, he made sure one of his trusted team members was there to help, so I never missed an opportunity to see a house. When it came time to negotiate, Keith absolutely delivered. He saved me a significant amount of money by securing a generous amount of closing credits from the sellers, pointed out things I never would have thought to look for as a first-time buyer, and even helped get me set up with a home warranty. As an unexpected surprise after closing, he even paid to have my grass cut for the first time. It's a small gesture, but it speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. What impressed me most is that Keith always made me feel like a priority, even though my home was likely much less expensive than many of the properties he normally works with. I never once felt like "just another client." He's knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and genuinely cares about the people he works with. I can confidently say Keith will be my realtor for as long as he's in the business. I'll be recommending him to my friends, family, and anyone else looking to buy or sell a home. We think the world of Keith. We explained to Keith what kind of a home we wanted (bedrooms, bathrooms etc.) and the locations we were interested in. We explained to him where I worked at that I would need a home nearby plus other things we wanted to be close to. At first I did have multiple areas in mind. Keith listened to what we were wanting and when we went to search homes he did show us homes in those areas. Moving from out of state can be a little tricky to figure out where you want. Keith was always polite and professional and clearly listened to us. We found our forever home thanks to Keith. He went above and beyond our expectations.
