Keith has helped my wife and I buy and sell 3 properties in the Clear Lake area over the past 5 years. As mentioned above, Keith did an excellent job of developing comparables and establishing a realistic sales price. He advised us as to what we should do to get the property ready for sale, and moved ahead expeditiously with listing the property. The photography in the listing was first rate. After the house was under contract Keith also did a great job of expediting and otherwise assisting assisting with the inspection, survey, and appraisal.
