Keith sold our mountain home which was located in an area where comps were difficult to assess. He researched the area thoroughly and suggested a sales price that we thought might be too high, but the market was hot and we trusted Keith's recommendation. Our house sold on the first day of showings over asking price and with no contingencies. Keith was responsive and went above and beyond what would normally be expected. A few days prior to closing, there was a major storm that washed large rocks and 6" of mud onto our driveway, making it impassable. The buyer requested it be cleaned prior to closing. It wasn't his responsibility, but Keith found someone to clear the driveway and the job was completed within a day. The closing completed on schedule and without any issues. Keith is an honest, knowledgeable and caring person, and I would highly recommend him.

Keith is AMAZING! He is detail oriented and thorough in all of his responsibilities. Keith is also extremely proactive and flexible with his methods of communication. His council and negotiation recommendations enabled us to find the perfect home. End to end you really can see and feel Keith's experience and expertise in the real estate industry. Keith was great! He was extremely helpful and responsive. When I would text or call and leave a voicemail, he would get back to me very promptly. He made sure to understand what I was looking for and provided the information and guidance I needed. It was my first time buying a house and I really had a clear sense that he was looking out for my best interests. Besides all of that, he's a warm and friendly guy. I highly recommend him.
