Keith was the best real estate agent I could have worked with to buy my first home. I gave him my “wishlist” and he found the perfect home for myself and young family. I would recommend Keith to anyone looking to find their new home. He was honest by telling letting me know if a house was up to par. He was trustworthy in his opinion in how much to bid and why. He was very attentive and quick by showing me a great home, putting in a quick offer that same day, and getting a response of acceptance the very next day! Consider working with Keith he is awesome!

I had talked to a few agents, but when I met Keith he had a lasting impression. I remember him really looking at my home, and seeing more than just a place to sell, but how I had made it my home, and why it was special to me. Selling your home is a pretty big deal, and Keith made the whole process much better business wise and emotionally. He is personable, reliable, funny and genuine. I was always able to reach him when needed, and he was always willing and able to answer all of my questions. I would recommend giving him a call!

Only reason for two star in negotiations is because we knew what we wanted to pay and offered that and there was really no need for his negotiating skills, so I can not speak to that.

Keith McNamara gave his expert assistance in mine and my son's new home purchase. He made everything as simple and easy to understand and gave his knowledge where needed. He is very honest and upfront with everything. If the asking price is too high he will tell you and not sugar coat a thing. Some Realtors want to throw you in a house you can't afford make it look like a sweet deal, sugar coat with the whipped cream and cherry on top and then get out before you realize you've made a mistake. Keith is NOT that person. He takes the time to get to know YOU. Interested in YOUR opinion. Does what YOU would like. Gives YOU his opinion if YOU want it. He is an all around great person and does what he can, going above and beyond what YOU would like him to do. It's not about him it's about YOU the customer looking for that special house.
