Keith helped the reviewer buy this property

Very thorough, calm, knowledgeable.

Play play a few unforeseen hurdles, remained steadfast, calm and very professional. He pays attention to trends and responds accordingly. His attention to detail is average, but on the most important things, he is spot-on. He prevented me from making a few decisions that I thought would be appropriate, but were not in the long run.
