We cannot recommend Keith enough! We worked with Keith for almost a year trying to find a property that was right for us in a difficult and limited market. Keith was extremely experienced, professional, and friendly. He showed us many properties, and was excellent at inspecting each and pointing out various things to look for such as areas that looked damaged, needing replacement etc. Keith was al so very knowledgeable in all the surrounding areas, and bale to speak towards things to do in the local area. Before and during the buying process, Keith kept in constant contact with us. He was always available to ask questions or discuss the home buying process. As first time home buyers, we did not know how the whole process worked, and Keith was able to guide us through and explain everything so we could easily understand what we were doing. During the buying process, we even ran into a large issue with the appraisal coming in very low compared to the list price to everyone's surprise. Keith was able to work with our lender and the selling agent/party to come to an agreement even when we thought the deal would fall through! Thanks to Keith, we now own the home of our dreams. Furthermore, Keith has continued to help us through finding tenants for our apartment. Throughout the home and tenant process, Keith would stay in close contact, and check up on how everything was going. We really feel we made a great friend, not just a relator. We cannot recommend Keith enough as a realtor! We have already recommended him to our friends and family who are going to be on the housing market soon. He is amazing and you will not be disappointed.
