Keith Fairchild did a great job for us. We met him after 2 other realtors and 12 months of trying to sell our House. He listed in March and we closed a sale in June. He went over and beyond. When our son gets ready to sell we will call Keith!

He explained the whole process of selling our house and was available anytime to answer our questions or concerns. Any appointments that needed to be made(ex. surveyor) Keith personally called them, and always found out what time was convienent for us. He made us feel like we were the only couple selling a house! Keith went above and beyond as our realtor and made every step of selling our house a GREAT experience! If we were going to sell another house Keith would be our ONLY choice!!!

I very much enjoyed working with Keith and his team. Keith was my third agent, and after my house was on the market for slightly over a year (5 months listed with Keith), I finally received an offer that produced a contract and a sale. Keith worked very hard to get my listing some attention from other agents' buyers and from his own buyers, and during the first month my house was listed with Keith, it had more showings than it had when it was listed with the other 2 agents combined. Keith arranged for professional pics and an awesome video for the listing that were quite impressive.
