Keith Endo was extremely helpful in navigating me through the selling experience. He is very professional and quick to respond to emails & texts but also very patient as we had to work through many contingencies that were beyond our control. After 3 contracts and many months of wading through various issues, he stuck with getting the deal completed. He stepped up and did a lot of the communication with the attorneys and was there for inspections so that you aren't burdened. These days it's almost dishonest to give someone 5-stars across the board but Keith really deserves it. Keith took the time to understand what I was looking for in my first piece of property- carefully noting all of the small nuances and idiosyncrasies- and masterfully facilitated the viewing process. Keith was always careful to reserve his opinion and first take all of my feedback from each property - but when I inevitably asked for his opinion he was full of perspective and sage wisdom, not based on his opinion but on what he knew I was looking for. In negotiation Keith was critical. The Chicago market is cutthroat and my property was very competitive. Keith helped me understand all of the different variables and "levers" at our disposal within the contract process to make the most compelling offer for the seller, and because of that we were even able to beat out someone offering more money than we were. Keith was equally amazing during close, and extremely knowledgeable when it came to things to be aware of, and plenty of contacts to bring on board as needed (from attorney to inspector to handyman). It's truly been a pleasure working with Keith and I can say with confidence that I would not have the property I have (and love) today without him. If you're looking for a realtor - he's your guy.

What a breath of fresh air working with Keith Endo as he had our interests in mind from the very beginning to the very end.
