Keith Embres

I'll start off with the bottom line: You want Keith Embres as your agent. Keith recently led me and my wife through our first home sale. Needless to say, we were a little uneasy about the process and all the admin that came along with it (especially since we were doing everything remotely). However, the level of effort that Keith demonstrated throughout the process is something I am convinced we could not have found in any other realtor. Keith visited the property to develop a worklist of items that would help in capturing the most value for the home, helped us in finding a (trustworthy) contractor that would do the work at a reasonable price, facilitated the contractor through the myriad of HOA restrictions and permissions needed to have the work done, worked with our tenants to ease the burden on them during showings... the list goes on and on. In the end, we didn't even need to visit the home to complete the sale (extremely important, seeing as we were living in a different state). ...And, I must address the pricing/negotiating. Keith made sure we got asking price for the home, and ensured that we didn't have to pay a portion of closing. This is obviously a huge deal, as it seems that the new "normal" is for the buyer to ask the seller to pay a large portion of these costs. Keith has most definitely earned my highest recommendation. You would be doing yourself a favor in partnering with Keith for such an important life event!!!

He was very knowledgeable and great. He helped me get a good deal on a modest town house. He even delivered the HOA approval letter personally because they didn't give it to me after the interview.
