Keith is the most accommodating person and a 1st class professional! His initial visit assured us we would get the best value for our home with the research and documentation to back it up. When buyers agents said you'll never get that, his can do attitude and winning smile said he would and he did (twice). There every step of the way from a capable handyman referral to walk through with the inspector, even selling our trampoline on craigslist...couldn't have asked for better representation! Keith made the process of selling our home smooth and was truly enjoyable to work with!

This guy is the guru of dealing in this world. He represented our interests at every turn and did so with a sense of humor and keen understanding of our personalities, needs, and absolute insanity. He is a diamond in the rough world that is cut throat real estate here in Colorado. Keith is awesome, and a snappy dresser! I know the underbelly of the real estate world from selling short in 2010. I wish I would have had Keith then, I might have ended up with a better outcome. He is also a vet and a father, which counts for something when all other things are equal.
