Keith Casteel

Keith helped us buy a home, and has been great to work with. Keith did not just want us to buy a home, he wanted us to buy the right home. He would give us his honest thoughts and opinions on properties versus the price, and never tried to push us in any direction. If he could sense the home wasn't perfect to us, he immediately started looking for more. He genuinely works for his clients best interest as a top priority. He has the knowledge and friendliness to answer any question (even if they are very beginner-level questions). As a first time homebuyer, this is invaluable and I highly recommend him.

Keith is an extremely hard working and knowledgeable person to have working on your behalf. Keith had multiple offers on my house and had it under contract with 5000 over asking in less than a day! Also, he is extremely good at negotiating a great deal when buying a house. He helped my wife and I do both. Keith made the whole process flow easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend Keith to anybody that needs a dependable, hard working and honest realtor. It was a pleasure to work with him and I would definitely use him again.

My sister played ball for Sid Pugh years ago, so when we were looking for a real estate agency, I remembered Sid. So after looking at reviews of agents at She's office, I found Keith. Keith is an great real estate agent. We couldn't have asked for a better one. He went the extra mile for us always. We are first time home buyers, so Keith was so good to walk us through the process and Answer all our questions! Very easy to work with, very easy to get a hold of! Knows the area really well. Will highly recommend to everyone we know.
