My husband and I moved to NC from Philadelphia knowing nothing! We stumbled upon Keith by chance at a house he was showing. From the brief interaction there, we knew he would be a perfect fit for our relator. This was the BEST decision we could have made. Keith was not only EXTREMELY patient with our buying process, but took our timeline into great consideration (first a 6 month wait of just looking, and then two months a jam packed rushing to be in our home before our first son was born). Through each stage of the buying process we always knew Keith had our best interest at hand. He is extremely reliable and transparent, two qualities that were important to us. When we finally found our perfect home (keep in mind I had a LONG list of criteria for the “perfect home”) Keith was present for everything, absolutely everything, and went above and beyond his duties as a real estate agent. We have zero family in the area to assist us, and having Keith as our agent felt like having family there. He kept our son in mind when doing walk throughs, inspections, everything. He basically helped us make sure our home was baby safe before ever moving in. There are no words to express our gratitude towards Keith for keeping our son in mind! If my husband and I could give a million stars, we would. Even after closing on our home, Keith has been just as reliable and helpful. We truly cannot recommend Keith Brown as your agent enough. You will have someone who not only is highly knowledgeable, reliable, and honest, but you will have someone who patient and understanding. We will be sure to use Keith anytime we need and agent!!
