Being first time prospective home buyers I was cautious about jumping into something that I didn't fully understand. When we first met Keith, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that by taking us through the process that many others already knew, had planned for, and already knew there financial landscape. I learned from this relationship and decided it wasn't yet time for us to make the purchase. 2 years went by and Keith never forgot about us and he called to check in. As soon as he called I was amazed by the timing, we were ready and I knew he would be the one to get us our first home. Every time we viewed a new property Keith would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Keith led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and we are so excited to finally reach this milestone. He's gone above and beyond.
