Keith helped the reviewer sell this property

Goes the extra mile

Keith met my husband and me at the home he was to market after being referred by my daughter-in-law/ top producing agent in SC. As I retired agent myself, he knew he was up against knowledgeable women in the business. I found him honest and forthright about his time in this career and willing as well as appreciative for any advice going forward. He followed through on all of his marketing goals, always willing to do what was best to make this a successful transaction. With multiple offers made in a short time frame, he assisted our family in the selection and negotiations to give us our best buyer. With a few setbacks due to probate, he kept in constant communication and went the extra mile to shorten the time it took by personally delivering necessary documents to the title company in order to facilitate a faster settlement! Or family is grateful for all of the extra effort that Keith made. I know he is thankful to have this sale come to fruition and know that he’s successfully earned the admiration and respect from these present and past realtors.
