Keith is well organized, caring, diligent, patient, and a fantastic listener. He couldn't have made the process of buying our house any easier. At first we just talked on the phone and emailed our list of requests until I could come to SC to look at houses in person. I had 1 weekend to look at houses in person because I was 33 weeks pregnant and previously had a preemie, so travelling was limited. I knew nothing about Greenville or the surrounding areas and Keith carefully listened to our LONG list of needs for our new home. He worked diligently to schedule showings for listings that fit within my tight schedule. He was so patient and took all day to show me around Greenville. In the end, my husband and I decided to build and Keith was there every step of the way to ensure things went smoothly. We could not be more pleased with our new home and our 4 kids love their new neighborhood and school! Keith was not only a fabulous realtor, but he quickly became a friend. Whenever we decide to sell/buy again, we will DEFINITELY be using Keith!

Not only did he find us the exact home we needed for our current needs, but he found us a few homes that fit within our list and needs. He helped us talk through these different options to make the best decision. We could not be more happy with our new home! Keith served as our selling agent on an existing home as well. He was clear on what needed to be done to ensure a sale. We developed our listing on a Monday, and it was posted on the MLS by Monday evening. By Tuesday morning, we had two showings scheduled through C. Dan Joyner Realtors' call center, which is extremely organized. On Wednesday, a contract was in hand that was carefully negotiated by Keith, and the contract fit exactly what we communicated as our desired bottom line. Not sure we will want to leave our current home anytime soon, but we will DEFINITELY use Keith if we ever have future realty needs. I have already recommended him to two friends, and they are pleased with his eagerness, diligence and quality.

Keith sold our house and assisted us in the purchase of our current home. He was always very responsive. He would email or text back almost immediately. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor.
