She was professional at all time dealing with my renter who held up some showing of the home for sale and on many occasions outright refuse to show the home. I met Keisha when my neighbor ( friend ) was selling her home . I was impressed and wanted her to sell our home when we were ready to sell. Several years past and I called her , she remembered me .we set up a schedule for her to see our home . She was very knowledgeable about the housing market in the area and very professional. She walked me through the process and our journey began . She and I were in constant communication which comforted me . I had just moved my husband into a Memorycare and was handling everything on my own . Keisha was a blessing . She was caring about my situation and we moved forward together . Keisha had wonderful ideas about selling the house , she was great at suggesting things that needed to be done , but not going overboard ( like renovating the whole house ) just a few upgrades and we were ready to stage. Oh my gosh , Keisha was so good at this phase , I stood back and looked at the finish of the staging and thought , this home is going to sell quick. And it did for above asking price . Then came the closing and once more Keisha stepped up and guided me through the whole process. Selling our home was an experience I shall never forget and I thank God I had the BEST AGENT and now friend for life . Keisha even topped the closing off with a beautiful gift bag for me .
