When I first spoke with Mrs. Keisha Gray-Robinson, she sounded sweet, enthusiastic, and approachable. As a first-time homebuyer, I needed an agent who was knowledgeable, attentive, and most importantly, someone I felt comfortable with. My home-buying process was unique; the seller passed away before closing, and the house had to go through probate court. It took a few months for the judge to assign a Personal Representative (PR) to sign on the seller’s behalf. During this time, I felt discouraged waiting for the judge's decision, and I didn't want to look for another home – this was the one I wanted. I felt comfortable enough to call Keisha every day to vent or express my feelings. I often asked if I was bothering her, and she always reassured me, saying, "No, you are fine, that’s what I’m here for!" She consistently uplifted me with comforting words before ending our calls. Her empathetic and compassionate nature is a great attribute for an agent. Fast forward, the judge assigned a PR on May 24, 2024, and I was able to close on my home on June 28, 2024. From start to finish, Keisha Gray-Robinson was on the ball. Very timely, actually she was at the houses before I was. I was constantly updated with new homes on the market and she chose those in my price range and in the style we preferred. Once we found a home which didn't take long, she was able to write the contract up in a manner that pulled the seller on our side. In fact, My worry was how much I had to come to the table with.
