Keff Couch has assisted me in the purchase of three properties for rental in 2016. These transactions went very smoothly. Evidently if there were glitches or potential he had recognized these and handled them before closings. In my working years I owned multiple homes in many parts of the country due to corporate transfers. None of these sales or purchases went as smoothly as these handled by Keff. he has a pleasant personality that makes me comfortable working with Keff. I will enjoy working with him on future purchases.
