Thank you for your rapid work and consistency, constant reply in a timely manner, understanding my frustration and being able to sit on the other end and listen. Thank you for being a role to your team mate, being consistent and a team player because even when it wasn't your department you reached out to help provide to me all the information I needed when I couldn't get through. Thank you for being so understanding, listening in the middle of my frustration when I felt I couldn't anymore, for calming me down and convincing me to hold strong, giving answers others wouldn't by going the extra mile to seek response for me.
