I am so grateful that I had Keely as my realtor. Keely is a great professional! She is resourceful, quick and available. Keely got to know my likes and dislikes very quick. Right after she called me, she began sending me information. I was very skeptical about the possibility of buying a home because my budget was very limited (almost impossible) and my requests were challenging – due to my budget restrictions. Keely took the time to answer my questions, explain processes and procedures; she was kind and patient with my continued questions and lack of knowledge of the home buying process. She also did not mind the fact that my decision-making process takes time; she was available and respectful of the time I needed to process. At one point in the process I did not think that purchasing a home was going to be for me – did I mention that my income was very limited? Keely and I discussed other options; she was kind, provided great ideas and was realistic. Keely did not give up, she soon found a property that fitted my needs. I was skeptical and nervous, but Keely walk me through the pros and cons. She strongly advocated in my behalf and because of her I ended with several credits and with no appraisal needed! Keely had found my home! I had peace about the decision and today I am a home owner. Keely was a blessing to me! She is the most kind a caring person. It is evident that she loves her job and loves helping others reach their goals.

I contacted Keely in November to sell our 1.3 acres which we had lived on for 28+ years. She guided us through fixing it up, market timing. We had specific things we wanted in our quest to downsize. She kept up on the comps, finding new places weekly. In the tight market the VA delayed our appraisal and she took care of that. She found us (we had buyers burnout) the place that met our criteria and price range. She sent me the info, wrote up the contract so when we looked at it we could send the contract right in. She even had a drawing made of our old house as we were so attached to it. I highly recommend Keely.

She goes above and beyond for her clients to make sure they are knowledgeable and prepared for every step of the process. She was such an encouragement to us in a stressful time of preparing to move across the country! I love how quick Keely responds via text/email/call to any questions or concerns that arise!
