Great realtor to have working for you! Selling a home while living in another state creates an additional level of anxiety to the process. Fortunately, having a realtor who is understanding and patient makes the process easier. Keely took an interest in my needs, wants and desires in selling my Georgia house, to complete my transfer to Pennsylvania. It was an older house that needed a little TLC. Her insight to and understanding of the market aided in producing a listing that attracted quick attention. There was guidance and advise provided throughout the process. She was willing to take care of several minor issues due to the distance I was living from this house. Appreciated the spreadsheet presentation of the numerous offers that were made. She highlighted the details and concerns of each one, which emphasized the positive or negative of each offer. This made the telephone conversation flow easily and aided greatly in having a discussion of which offer to accept. An offer that was over the asking price!
