I started to search for a realtor about 6months prior to placing my parents duplex on market and stumbled on Keela postcard in my mail. From the first contact, I liked her and decided to choose her to work with. She immediately sent me a report regarding house sales in the neighborhood and confirmed that our asking price is realistic. Once tenants left the house, she made suggestions what remodeling work needed to be done on the property in order to sell it for the asking price. She was very patient through the whole process and answered all questions that I had (and I had a lot) in a very short period of time. She never pushed to sign the contract as many realtors do after the first meeting and we had many conversations before the contract was finally signed. That was the biggest proof that I’ve chosen the right person to work with, besides the fact that she has never pressured me to sell it below the asking price, considering that we got a few such offers. She waited patiently for the right buyer and communicated clearly all incoming offers. I am really happy that she was the person that worked with me because her personality and hard work made the whole process less stressful and would recommend her to everyone who is either selling or buying a house; her professionalism and personality are difficult to match.
