Keegan was extremely helpful with anything I needed. I would recommend him to anyone if buying or selling a house. Couldn’t ask for a better realtor.

We moved from out of state and Keegan was very helpful. He answered my calls and texts promptly and if he wasn't sure of answer he found out right away. He took my brother in law and sister in law to many houses for us. We were very pleased with his work and would work with him again.

He helped us get the house, but didn't take ownership of getting correct info we asked for, we had to do a lot of legwork on our own. Kept saying it was not his job. Only contacted us twice from 9/7 till closing. We did not do a walk thru day before and did not attend closing. He also told us that we needed home inspection for VA loan, which was not required and cost me $395.1

Keegan was fantastic, very communicative with my husband and I, and super flexible with our schedules. We had a very stressful situation and he handled it like a champ and was able to put out fires so to speak wherever they kept arising. Buying a house and selling a house a month before getting married is something we don’t recommend doing, however if you have to do it- Keegan is the one for you! Especially when you have complicated very particular buyers.
