Keegan helped the reviewer sell this property

Keegan was fantastic in helping us sell our home in Monarch Summit, Laguna Niguel

Keegan was fantastic in helping us sell our home in Monarch Summit, Laguna Niguel. He understood the area and how it was different of the nearby communities. He explained what we had going for us but also what could be perceived as a negative to home buyers comparing all of them. He knew the buyer demand, and even explained his process in how his team reached out to them directly. The process he provided made sense to us and it really did work. One thing that really stood out to my partner and I was how he remained calm and professional during the sale when we ran into a few hiccups even before we got any offers but he stayed goal oriented and gave us different options and it all worked out! Thank you! Cant recommend any higher! The Best OC agent!
