Kecia took on the task with the same vim and vigor as a rookie agent but with the skills of a seasoned professional. She explained her game plan for selling the property but at no time did I feel as if I had no input. In fact, she asked for my OK on everything she wanted to do and made top notch recommendations along the way, all of which I agreed to. Kecia also let it be known that she wasn't going to settle for anything less than what was best for me and if that meant waiting a little longer than so be it. She's in it for the long haul and not just looking to make a quick sale at the owner's expense. Was always there for me to address any worries or concerns that I had along the way.
