Keaton Bassler

Keaton was very knowledgeable of the market, understood my needs and was able to find the perfect home for us. She followed up promptly any open items speeding up the closing process.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Keaton Bassler. She is very professional and knowledgeable. We felt very confident with her guiding us through the process of purchasing a home in San Juan Capistrano. We were still living in Arizona and preparing to relocate to my home state after being gone for 30 years. She found us a perfect home and masterfully negotiated the sale. There was a bidding war over this property and with her guidance we ended up winning the purchase of the home. Unfortunately, COVID-19 hit toward the end of escrow and the sellers pulled the house off the market. Both California and Arizona went on lockdown and we were stuck in limbo with all of our belongings in storage. Keaton was so kind, patient and supportive. She stayed in contact during the shutdown even calling just to check on us and make sure that we were staying safe during quarantine. When things started opening up again Keaton got right back on it and arranged for us to to come to town and safely see properties with all of the necessary PPE and precautions at each house. Keaton ended up finding us an even better home than than the one we lost. In this era of COVID-19 it was quite a feat and we could not be more grateful. Keaton went above and beyond what we expected and never once lost her professionalism or kindness. We highly recommend Keaton Bassler and Pinpoint Properties.

Keaton was always on top of things and my closing process was painless! Great to work with. I would definitely contact her if I am looking to buy or sell again.
