Keary and Trevor were absolutely wonderful!! I would recommend to everyone!! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable !! I described what I wanted, looked at houses and found my house that day!! Everything went smoothly and was not as stressful as I thought !! Any questions I had Keary answered and did so fast!! I had several questions after everything was said and done and he was still very helpful!! Keary is the best !!!

I have been buying,selling and re-financing houses with Keary for over 15 years. In fact I met him selling him my own home! Over the years I have seen him work virtual miracles to get people into homes. He is a master at negotiation, and anyone who buys a house without Keary is leaving $ on the table. No two ways around it. We purchased our latest home with Keary and was introduced to his partner Trevor. He was absolutely great to work with. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and whether it was an appointment to go over documents, or to see a home, Trevor was always on time! Oh, and I forgot to mention patient and persistent. This last go around, the market was so hot we had to write contracts on 5 different properties before we were even close enough to the top of the list to even be considered. The two of them searched for new properties every single day, then showed us new properties as soon as they went on the market in the hopes that we would be one of the first to put in an offer. After 3 weeks it finally paid off and again, Keary worked his negotiation magic, and we got our home plus more than we were even hoping for! Thank you Keary and Trevor!!! Keary Hayes is a great agent and I76` will recommend him everybody. He and Trevor always com up with creative solutions to problems or issues. They are always motivated and willing to work anytime you calls them.
