Kayvan is a great agent and human being. I have worked with many agent and Kayvan was the only one,who is beside you in every single step. I was not uncombable at all asking him 100 question because He was always patiently answered my questions professionally. He is an engineer and has the knowledge.
Kayvan is a soft spoken, friendly and courteous person. He was really quick and sharp to understand what we were looking for in our home and did not waste our time needlessly. He showed us all the properties we wanted to see and was on the same page with us throughout. After we decided on our property to purchase, he stayed on top of all details and in all the going back and forth between us, the mortgage company and the sellers. It was a pleasure working with him and we would choose him as our realtor for any/all our future property purchases and sales.
Kayvan was recommended to us by family member & we were very happy to have made that decision. Kayvan is an excellent real state agent. He sold our home very quickly & with no stress. He has great experience & knowledge which made up for the slow moving buyer. It was Kayvan's expertise that kept the ball rolling through getting all the contingencies removed asap & made the sale happen flawlessly. He is available at all times & is a great gentleman. I'll refer him to anyone looking to buy or sell. It's Kayvan's bed side manner that puts him way ahead of the pack! Thanks for all you have done.
Kayvan Sabouri is better than anyone can hope for. Excellence start to finish, that's what can be expected. If in need of a realtor, go no further!
Keyvan Sabouri was very professional and courteous with my wife and I during the whole process. He is very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in, and it helped that he had a background in Engineering, so we could see things through a different perspective. He is a great real estate agent who was with us every step of the way by keeping us informed and comfortable with every interaction.
Kayvan was always available, always professional, & very quick in handling whatever was needed to make everything go as smoothly as possible. Best communication skills & bed side manner I have ever seen. Honestly, I think Kayvan has the necessary skills to make a transaction happen that is both easy for the buyer & the seller. He made process almost likeable & took my stress away. Thank you Kayvan!! Will refer everyone to you!! I made a friend & met a great real estate agent. :)
Mr. Kayvan Sabouri helped us successfully purchase an incredible Rancho Bernado house. Kayvan definitely went above and beyond his job. 5 stars really isn’t enough to give him. Throughout the entire process he was professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and knows the market inside and out. He took our lack of real estate knowledge in stride and answered (honestly and candidly) our questions. He was patient, sincere, very flexible, and super quick to respond to our questions. We were prepared for a long search, but unexpectedly came across our dream home after viewing just a few others. I never would have had a chance at getting our terrific new house without him! Kayvan gave great advice as far as our offer went- he was very knowledgeable about what would make our offer stand out in an extremely challenging market. He helped us view the place several times, get it pre-inspected, get our mortgage details in order, put the offer together, and beat out other offers, all in one week. Hopefully I’m not selling / buying again soon but if I was I’d go with Kayvan again. I’d give him 6+ stars if I could. I’d highly recommend Kayvan to be your real estate agent for buying home.
I had a great experience with Kayan Sabouri in selling my condo. It took almost one day to receive a few offers. The sale process went smoothly with clear communication. Every time I had a problem or concern I simply contacted Kayvan. He answers phone calls and emails as soon as he receives them even late at night. It seems he works 24 hours for you. I am so glad that I went with him and certainly recommend him to our friends.
Kayvan provided excellent service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and understanding. He also went above and beyond. The day I moved in, I discovered a gas leak. He sent a plumber early the following morning. I would definitely recommend him.
Words cannot describe how lucky we were to work with Mr. Kavan Sabouri. Calling Kavan to help sell our home turned out to be the best decision of our transition. Kavan has integrity, commitment, and a great heart. He was there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We knew we were getting a great person on our side, but he surpassed our expectations. Upon his first visit, we already had a solid plan to sell our home. He left us with a list of tasks to focus upon and prepare our home to show. Mr. Kavan Sabouri knows San Diego. His selling price analysis was a precise exercise in which his knowledge of the neighborhood provided insight into the our market. This resulted in a final sale to our asking price and well above our original expectations. In addition, he knew how to market our home. The pictures on our listing made us almost regret selling the place! It blew us away when Kavan called just three days after hitting the market with a great offer on our house. We accepted and Kavan was there to advise us every step of the way all the way up to closing. We put our trust in Mr. Kavan Sabouri and it paid off. I now consider Kavan a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home or trying to sell his property.
My husband and I have known Kayvan Sabouri for over 4 years now. We bought our home in San Diego with him and now because my husband's work, we have to sell the house and move to the Bay area. Both the buying and selling processes are incredibly smooth with Kayvan's help. He is professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Kayvan to anyone who is looking for a realtor agent.
This is to express heartfelt appreciation for Mr. Sabouri helpfulness, efficiency, honesty, professionalism, competence, accessibility and cooperation in selling my condominium. I thought marketing my condominium would present an insurmountable challenge. But Mr. Sabouri was so conscientious in all aspects of the sale (advertising, showing the Condo), that he sold it in a surprisingly short time. Later, he followed through for me in all the procedures involved in closing the sale, and he turned what I had thought would be an insurmountable task for me into an easy accomplishment. And throughout, Mr. Sabouri constantly kept me informed of all developments. It was a real pleasure to do business with him. I wish him much success in all his future endeavors, and I feel confident that all his future clients will also be extremely favorably impressed with the caliber of his services.
