Kaylene was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were interested in and did a great job in advising us in preparing our home for sale. She was very timely with showings, which made a big difference with how quickly houses were moving at the time. I really appreciated her honesty if she didn't know how to answer a question we had and always came back to us with an answer after consulting with her peers. Kaylene was knowledgeable about current market in several areas which were targeted by family due to limited budget. Was most accommodating in viewing selected houses on more than one occasion to make a determination which was not rushed or pressured but allowing for full comparison shopping. Very quickly Kaylene became aware of what was priority for the family and ultimately led to a home which was suitable for the moment and even accommodated the family needs to enter and plan for remodeling of the structure which was one of the main reasons we were able to purchase with confidence. Also Kaylene was able to help suggest options available for the remodeling we had planned.
