Kaylee Ryder

I would recommend Kaylee for any FTHB, for many reasons. She is a relatively new agent, but because of that, she was always willing to ask questions on our behalf and learn more about processes and norms. She was honest about what she had experienced and what she was unfamiliar with, and always went above and beyond to get the information we needed. She was extremely supportive through many disappointments and was great at talking me down when I started to panic over a bidding situation or contract issue. Kaylee had creative ideas on how to write the most competitive offer possible, but never pressured us to go out of our financial comfort zone or waive any contingencies that might be risky for us down the line. At the end of the day, we got a great house for less than we planned, due to Kaylee's persistence, support, and hard work. We already know that when the time comes to go through the process again, we will absolutely go with Kaylee. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell, but especially for all the nervous first-time homebuyers out there!
