Kaylee did a wonderful job facilitating the sale of my parent's condo. She handled everything, since they could not be there in person. They are extremely happy with the sale. Sale price was above expectations.

Highly recommend!!! Kaylee is a fantastic realtor! I could give her a list of houses and she would respond back with all information in reguards to every detail she could give me about the houses. I moved to Florida from Idaho and so most of everything done with house searching was done across the country. Luckily I was able to come down and look at houses and Kaylee set it all up and drove my friend and I around to look at all the houses. When it came time to make an offer she helped advised on what to offer and to make sure that we were sure to receive our offer when it had multiple offers on it. She was very knowledgeable when it came to inspection and since I couldn’t make it there myself she was there while they did it. Once closing she made sure she could do the final walk through for us since we had yet to move in and did a video of our house so we could see for our selves all was well. Kaylee goes over and beyond for her clients and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!

Kaylee did a great job in finding us our first home. There isn’t a lot of houses on the market that was within our budget in the neighborhood we wanted, but Kaylee managed to find us the perfect home exactly where we wanted. She is amazing at negotiating and got us an offer much lower than we expected. We just closed and she helped make that process go smoothly. I recommend Kaylee 100%. She is easy to talk to and has a great personality with makes this process fun rather than stressful. She is really committed to her clients and it really shows. So glad we choose her!!

Listen... I don't like reviews, I hate giving them but trust me when I say Kaylee is awesome. 4 realtors and 6 months we couldn't find a home we liked and we we're tired and at our wits end. Kaylee called me once, I spoke with her told her what we wanted and what we didn't, gave her what she needed and not only did she work around my crazy work schedule but in 2 weeks we found a home we felt comfortable in. And even after getting the home she still checks in on us to see how we're doing I couldn't recommend her enough, she's clean, professional, straightforward and if she doesn't know give her a day and she will. Very happy with her, we're quite picky in our needs and she still found many houses we liked. She's great!
