I don’t even know where to start this review as I have lots of good things to say. My family was extremely fortunate to work with Kayla 2 times - as the first time home buyers and later, when making a move from MA to NC and selling our house. The words can not express how thankful we are to Kayla! She is very detail-oriented, thorough, professional and passionate about her job. We feel like she really cared about us - and ALWAYS went above and beyond to help us have a very smooth experience. Kayla is very responsive and was always available to answer any questions we had, while also being very honest. She is truly caring, patient, kind and very attentive to the needs of her clients. Anyone who works with her is lucky to have her on their side. Kayla has extensive knowledge and experience of the market (which was of a huge help especially during the home selling process!) and diligently ensures all aspects of a transaction are attended to.
