Hardworking and consistent

Kayla was the random agent who responded to our online request for a house showing, and even though the showing fell through, my wife had gotten such a good vibe from her just from the phone call, we decided to call her back and start working with her. We toured a variety of places throughout the area for about a year before finding our new home. Kayla is personable yet professional, knowledgeable, consistent, easy to communicate with and contact, and consistently engaged with us, sellers, inspectors and other necessary professionals. She was patient, and though advocated for us, remained neutral where needed to allow us to make decisions: we never felt pressured to go beyond our means, to make a purchase, or to make an unwise business/offer decision.
