We were very nervous to put our home up for sale and search for a new home in this crazy housing market. Until we found Kayla, that is! She was very patient and attentive, and always available to talk to when we had questions or needed to see a house immediately before it got scooped up. First off I attempted to sell my house myself. This went on for a couple weeks where i didn’t have time to show it. I hired Kayla and she went through the home and pointed out a few things that need to be done to the house to help it sell. Sure enough within 2 days of hiring her i had multiple offers and she took care of everything and with great communication. If i didn’t have her i might of given up.
