met Kayla thru a mutual friend, I was looking to buy in the valley and Kayla start looking for places to show me and my wife, we must have seen more then 30 houses, very patiently dealing with us, when I like a house my wife didn't like, and when she like a house, then I didn't the house, she just keep making sure that we would find the house that we both like, very flexible with us, one day we meet at 9am to see houses, one day we will meet at 6pm to see another house, after 3 months we finally closed on a house, thank you so much Kayla.

Kayla had her work cut out with us as we were first time homebuyers in the LA market. We met her at an open house almost a year before we were ready to begin seriously looking and kept in touch, though she was very respectful and waited patiently for us to get our finances in line and be ready to go see homes in person. She was positive and reassuring while we looked at each property even when it turned out not to be the right one for us, and sent us updates immediately on listings which proved to be crucial in this competitive market. Though we quickly realized the process can be emotionally frustrating and a bit overwhelming at times we always felt like Kayla was in our corner and was working hard on our behalf. When it was time to make an offer she made sure we were informed buyers and kept us in the loop during the negotiations. She didn't disappear after the offer was accepted, but came to the inspections and walk throughs to make sure things were on track and on the up and up. We've even been in contact with her since buying to ask about things like our homeowners protection policy and such.
