Kayla made our Buying and our Selling experience an easy and FUN one! Kayla goes above and beyond to help answer any questions we had and to find us exactly what we were looking for in a new home. She responded at all hours of the day and even on weekends when we had any questions. She is very personable and makes the whole process a breeze. My husband and I felt overwhelmed with our first home purchase. Kayla did a fantastic job with directing us. She was patient when we were indecisive. This was the 1rst home we've ever sold. We lived there 28 years! Naturally my anxiety levels were thru the roof. But Kayla was SO patient and caring throughout the entire process. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment (time and effort) they make into selling the property and how they promote their listings. Kayla Ritchie was the clear cut choice and stood out as the best Southern California has to offer: her reviews are excellent, her social media presence was strong, and I could tell she put her heart and soul into every listing. We spoke with Kayla and then met with her at our home. If you could give more than 5 stars then we would! Kayla is THE BEST in the business. She is the most professional, fun, knowledgeable and all around enjoyable person to work with. Don’t even bother looking for another realtor because you won’t find better! She answered every question you have within minutes and fights until the end for you in whatever you need. She gets the job done no questions asked. She always makes you feel comfortable no matter how dumb your questions are (I believe in dumb questions). Hire her now!

Buying a home is such an exciting and fun process. It can also be very stressful and confusing. Being a first time home buyer I was nervous, Kayla was recommended to me from a friend and I couldn't be more grateful. Kayla was so patient with my husband and I, never making us feel pressured or rushed at all through this process. She answered all of my silly questions and was able to break things down for me in a way that it all made sense. She was extremely organized and was able to get us in to see homes on a moments notice eventually leading us to our dream home. I'd first like to say that Kayla is friendly. It's easy to call her with any questions. I appreciated her responsiveness and accessibility. She took my calls at just about any hour and accommodated my night shift life. She responds promptly to correspondence throughout the process and after all the paperwork was done and the home was ours she continued to assist with some concerns we had, even while she was on vacation. I found it very valuable that she would contact me with updates. when we'd be waiting on inspections, escrow, or really anything I would tend to just take a break from the home buying process and just live my life. Kayla was fantastic at alerting me to progress, updates, or items I might need to take care of so that I could have short breaks from the process. This was especially nice during my work week when I'd be exhausted. Kayla has a positive attitude and is hard working. She kept our interest in mind and guided us when we weren't sure where to look.
