As a single mom, I did not think owing a home was possible. When I told Kayla how much I was paying in rent, she jumped into action and became my own personal super hero. She patiently explained every step of the home buying process to me. Encouraged me when I felt stressed and over-whelmed. She was efficient and motivated to help me find just the right place for me. Sometimes we'd see 10 houses in an afternoon, looking for just the right one! She helped me find a home and orchestrated a super quick closing so that I could get out of my apartment at my leases end, without paying those outrageous month-by-month contracts. This past evening I hosted my first get-together in my new home....my daughter's 11th birthday party! Thank you for everything, Kayla!
