Buying our second home, I expected the process to be easier, in that I knew some of the phases to anticipate, or so I figured. It turned out to be a short gauntlet of hoops to jump through and tediously needy lender requests; “We need these today if possible”. Much of this I can recall from our previous purchase, and sale. My experience with those realtors was cordial and friendly, but for the most part, transactional, “We need this signed . . . did you get the email re: so and so . . .” Somehow Kayla made the process from the first viewing of our future home to her handing us our house keys, fun and exciting. My wife and I felt like we were her only clients, every day of the process. It felt like a close friend or favored family member was right there with us every step of our family adventure. Kayla will be our family’s realtor from this day forward!!

I could never thank Kayla enough for what she's done for me and my family. The moment we walked into our dream house, she knew right away it was meant to be and put in an offer for us the same night, about 30minutes after we saw the house, that's fast she works. She always picked up her phone, always gave us updates and even beat me to the punch on texting me before i could even ask her. She was always on top of her game and constantly helped us out with every little detail. Since we were first-time buyers, she told us everything we needed to know and even went through all the docs with us. Kayla was an amazing realtor to work with! The market became so competitive when we started our search, but she stayed on top of quickly getting us appointments to view homes and worked well with our busy schedules. She helped us to find our first home in Clovis and we love it! She is so helpful about explaining the process and as a first time home buyer that is something I really appreciated.
After looking through numerous reviews for realtors in my area, I sent out an email to 5 realtors on a Saturday evening inquiring about possibly having them assist my wife and I in purchasing a condo. Of the 5, Kayla emailed me back within an hour. The rest waited several days into the following week, and were not particularly keen on helping us look for a condo. (For context, we were looking at something at 200K or under, which is pretty far below the average house price in the area at the time of this writing.) However this was actually ok with me, because based on all of the realtors I had contacted, Kayla was the one that had most resonated with me, after watching her introduction video I felt like she would be a good match for us. And as it turned out, I was correct! Kayla helped us navigate all of the steps of the homebuying process, offered us her advice as to what offer we should make to be the winning bid in a competitive market, arranged for the home and pest inspections once we were in escrow, and was always available to answer all of my questions. (And believe me, as a particularly anal retentive person, I have a LOT of questions!) We closed escrow yesterday and are getting the keys to our new home today, right in line with the timeframe I outlined when I first contacted her. From start to finish its been a delightful experience working with Kayla, and if you are looking for a realtor I highly recommend her.
