When I say she is the best, this isn't just a standard statement people say sometimes. I have owned 5 homes in my life and never have I had someone provide so much help, support, guidance, and advice. Kayla made sure that every single detail was carefully taken care of, she made me timelines, she emailed and texted and called me with information, reminders, and at times just a kind word to keep me from getting stressed. We started to check out larger homes in our area. We called the agent on the sign but they sent Kayla because she was close by. She showed up and showed us a few homes in the area we wanted. After looking at the home she asked if she could come by and look at our home to let us know the valuation of it. She made me feel very comfortable because I didn't get a chance to even pick up my place. She continued showing us places in our price range but we got a call from our son that changed everything. Instead of purchasing a newer home we had to sell our home and move in to help out him and his family. Kayla took that well.
