Kayla was absolutely wonderful! Our family was relocating from out of state and it was a stressful time. Kayla treated us like family and went above and beyond when showing us houses and the areas that would be best for our family. Even after viewing countless homes that weren’t the right fit, she never stopped working hard to find us what we were looking for. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is truly awesome!!

Kayla was fantastic to work with buying my new home. The house I was interested in was barely put on the market and so speed and answers were really important at the time. She was always available and close to her phone. She also had the answers to my questions. We were able to put an offer in and it was accepted. My family and I recently relocated back home to Toledo and used Kayla as our realtor. We came in contact with her while we were still out of state and trying to figure out which neighborhood we wanted to be in. Kayla gave us lots of helpful information regarding lenders, inspections and how to make bids more appealing to buyers. She was quick to schedule open houses (even when we were still out of state via FaceTime) and never made us feel pressured to place a bid or walk away from a property. Kayla also put in the work in terms of finding homes in preferred neighborhoods by offering to mail out flyers, sending out listing of homes we might be interested in and replying quickly to any email or text. Buying a house is stressful, but Kayla made it fun and easy with her laid back and kind demeanor. We loved working with her! If we ever need to look at real estate again we are definitely going to be giving her a call!

Kayla did a great job with getting us our new home in Perrysburg, she stayed in contact through every part of the way and educated us on all the things we didn't know anything about, being first time home buyers in this competitive market. She guided us on how to submit a competitive offer that would beat everyone else's, that didn't mean offering 10s of thousands over asking price. She did an amazing job negotiating terms and guided us through a few hiccups along the way. We are so thankful for her being persistent and ontop of things. We will definitely be using her for future purchases!

Kayla was Top Notch! She was very patient when you ran into a couple of snags, as well as with all of our questions. If she didn't know the answer she would do research until she found the amswer. Her communication was also top-notch, she always kept us in the loop! We would not hesitate to use her if we need to buy or sell any real estate in the future.
